Specialized Training and Internship ProgramsInternship combines your studies in the Business , Hospitality or IT Programs with a placement in an English speaking work environment. The internship will give participants the opportunity to put knowledge and skills to use in a Canadian or International company and gain valuable experience that could lead to job placements in Canada or around the world.
International Business Certificate - The Business program is focused on the competitive global market and its fast paced environment. This is an intensive program that will prepare participants for the workplace. Modules available include: Module 1 - Sales and Marketing Module 2 - Management and Leadership Module 3 - Finance and Investment Module 4 - Human Resources Module 5 - Global Entrepreneurship Module 6 - Business Practices and Ethics
Each Module is 4 weeks in length and 25 hours per week. International Hospitality Certificate (Vancouver Only)- This program offers students the ability to further their knowledge of the Hospitality and Tourism industry in an international classroom. There is a strong emphasis placed on effective communication and social awareness. Participants in this program are able to continue their learning outside of the classroom while taking part in an internship with a Canadian or international company in this sector. The International Hospitality Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of all 6 modules of the course. Students taking individual modules will be awarded certificates for the modules they successfully complete. Modules include:
