Refund Policy - 2008

1		Registration fees and homestay placement fees are non-refundable.
2		All withdrawals must be in writing. For cancellations or withdrawals made before classes begin, a refund of 75% will be given.
3		If you are denied a Visa from Immigration Canada, you must provide Archer College with a copy of the original refusal letter in order to qualify for a refund. Students who are denied their student visa are entitled to a complete refund less $200.
4		NO REFUND will be issued if you have received a Student Visa.
5		Prepaid Homestay (more than 1 month): A written cancellation notice must be provided to the school at least 14 days in advance of planned departure date in order to qualify for a refund of remaining fees.
6		For withdrawal from studies after classes begin, follow the refund policy below:
