1. Complete, sign and send application form to archer Preparatory College along with full registration fees and tuition and the following documents:
Educational Documents: official report cards or transcript(s) of marks from the school you have been attending.
Guardianship: proof of guardianship must be submitted (if applicable)
Health Insurance: students must have adequate medical insurance (this can be arranged by the school)

2. Once we receive all of your documents and full payment of the registration fee and tuition, we will issue a Letter of Acceptance.
3. Apply for your Canadian Visa at the Canadian Embassy of High Commission.
4. When you receive your Canadian Visa, submit a copy to the school.
5. We will assess your report cards/transcripts and education background to determine a suitable program
6. If homestay is requested, we will make the arrangements and send the information to you before you come to Canada.

All fees are non-refundable unless Student Visa is denied. If student is denied a Visa by Immigration Canada, all fees will be refunded except $250. All refund requests must be in writing and must be accompanied by the following documents:
